"Young Girl on the Beach" One day, I saw this young girl as she stood on Myrtle Beach, looking off toward the horizion.
I wondered what she was thinking. She reminded me of stories of girls who, many years ago, stood
waiting for their sailors to return from the sea and I thought she would be a good subject for a painting.
